When you contact us by email, by phone, or through the enquiry form on this website, we receive the details you choose to give us: typically your name, email address, phone number, and information about your property and the cleaning you need. We use this information to reply to you, prepare your quote, and deliver and administer the service you book. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we never sell it.

Our lawful bases under UK data protection law are: taking steps you've asked for before entering a contract (preparing your quote), performing our contract with you (doing the work you've booked), and our legitimate interest in running the business (basic records and correspondence).

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.

Where your information lives

Enquiries arrive in our business email account (Google Gmail). The website itself is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and if you call us the phone system is provided through Amazon Web Services too; these providers act as our processors and hold standard technical logs. We don't share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, deliver the service and keep basic business records, and then delete it. If you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. Email us and we'll deal with it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
